Currently, we cannot change the layout of the platform and add more information from our collaborators, which creates difficulties, since many people use the pingboard to identify support teams, however, they are unable to extract what this support team does, or what that person is shown on the ORG CHART acts.

Another great thing about Pingboard is the user profiles.

I have not explored all of the features, but it seemed like making manual edits on-the-go to the org chart was not straightforward.

I love that Pingboard automatically synced with ADP to build an org chart.

I have a better sense of our current organization size and structure with Pingboard.

For instance, we may meet with a team leader and want to update the org chart in real time.
