What is Pivot Remuneration?

Pivot Remuneration is a cloud-based remuneration management solution which enables businesses to manage employee compensation, including salaries, incentives and bonuses. Flexible budget management and customizable business rules allow users to ensure alignment with company policies, and managers are guided to policy adherence with a built-in traffic light system. Long-term and short-term incentive (LTI & STI) plans can be managed, and Pivot Pay also supports lump sum payments to employees in lieu of salary increases. Employee records, reports, and letters including remuneration statements can all be created automatically.

Pivot is intuitive to use for end users and we receive very positive feedback from our business users. The system is also easily customisable for administrators.

One of the only limitations we have found with the software is the ability to use graphics - eg. in the landing page (flow chart for users) and in the letter setup.

We acknowledge the limitations you may have experienced ¿ the good news is that a recent release has resolved some of these and we have big plans ahead for such things as being able to use graphics in letter footers; being able to upload and store electronic signatures and a new design is on the way for our homepage to give miles more flexibility rather than relying on our support team to load special graphics.
