The time off reporting is the best feature for our smaller company and also the onboarding workflows are great for our small company to remember all the things needed to onboard a new employee.

During the onboarding process with them, it was obvious that some of their 'onboarding team' were either rookies at their jobs, or just didn't understand what their jobs were.

Our employees were able to navigate clearly, trust data, and have a history available for reviews, benefit changes, and pto.

HR processes from hiring to time off became less fragmented.

Sometimes, the onboarding can be a little bit confusing, but in the end it helps the employee.
