My QB consultant warned me that Intuit payroll is screwing everything up and I should switch to ADP. But, no I did not listen and now they did the same mistake this year.

It was a little confusing to know how to access all three parts of the system at first. It requires different passwords and different IDs for each of the three parts.

They overpaid a single employee by thousands one time, then "couldn't" return the money for days. It was a disaster for our small business.

Lack of certain reports and capabilities and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (see below).

I like that there is always a live person to speak with.

Its too complicated not user friendly-- Absolutely the worst service online I have ever experienced.

Obviously you as a customer do not matter enough to provide you with a working customer service phone number. I do not and have not ever had access to my pay stub thru Prime Pay.
