My partner and I always know the status of candidates, making it easy to cover for each other when needed.

For example, you can track contact calls & candidate calls per user, but can't track "type of calls", such as "Connected", "Voicemail" etc... they all get lumped in together. But this is honestly the only slight down side to Recruiterflow.

Finally, Rf can be connected to your GSuite / Office email platform, which is very helpful.

Nothing really. But one small annoying point is that if you search for a candidate using the search feature and then then move off the RF page to Linked in for instance and then go back you have to retype the candidates name.

They respond back within 5 mins for any issue.

I wish you would invest more in to your help team to get instant responses to questions asked and not have to wait.
