We was sold the press a button and your rota is done however this isn’t the case.

It shows using colour sections the difference between the type of shifts and lengths making it easy to see and understand even with a quick glance.

I don’t like the whole distribution of posting a rota.

The daily shift reminder notification would be more useful if it had the start & end time as these vary a lot for me instead of just "Shift starts in 2 hours" Whilst the shifts show up on my Android phone calendar (google) I haven't found a way to make them flow through to my main google calendar so I have to manually copy each shift into it.

The ease of Use for this is its biggest seller , everyone on our team can use this as its very user friendly, no great induction needed for it.

Not linked to pets at homes own software so have to check input on both systems before signing off payroll for the week.

Being able to drag and drop shifts into my teams schedule is super efficient, which means I can build robust schedules quickly and therefor invest more of my time in other areas of our business.

You can’t see when lunches are so this means you have to go through each shift individually and edit to see then if they over lap go through and edit so they are not then edit again if this impacts the qty of staff at certain times - majority of times lunches can all be separated but the system needs to make sure they are so it reduces editing as currently it’s taking around an hour to do a schedule.

I have been able to provide reports of Holiday Entitlements which use to be a manual job before using RG.

It has also been helpful for managing holiday entitlements and identifies where there are possible clashes with holidays that have already been authorised, to ensure your staffing levels remain appropriate.    

Easy to use and see exactly where and what time I'm working
