I would have to say I hate the customer service aspect of the company. They are not helpful at all and really are useless to my employees as well as me.

It is a reliable system with good customer service when needed. I can chat or call reps and reach someone fairly quickly.

RUN also has a document vault which is very nice. The fact that there are additional 3rd party integrations too makes this platform incredibly powerful.

I have been using RUN since 2009 and what I most like is how user-friendly and easy it is to use as well as providing detailed easy to manage and download reports.

Adp is what I use to run my window washing buisness.

Mario:                                                 My name's Mario. I'm a manager and I was using Zenefits and I switched to RUN Powered by ADP. And for more reviews like this, click on the link below. So one problem both the Zenefits and RUN Powered by ADP that helped me with was definitely payroll. They both also do HR, I mean, if you have a company big enough, but at the bare minimum, right, you want to be able to run payroll with ease and that's not difficult to do, especially with working with numbers. You want something simple and easy to use. So RUN Powered by ADP is good for a lot of things. It's definitely geared towards businesses of different sizes. If you go to their website, they have different packages. They usually have a small business package, a medium business package, and then a large business package. In my opinion, they're best suited for medium to large businesses and they have very good payroll processing. So that's very efficient, and that's what I think ADP is best for. They also actually have HR as well. So they're good for that too.
                                                       So Zenefits is also a great, awesome, easy-to-use payroll processing system. What they're best for is mostly smaller to medium-sized businesses. They do have packages for larger ones, but in my opinion, they're still best for maybe small or medium. They're also very good, they have a partnership with Thrive. So they're good about employee welfare and health and wellbeing. So they are able to track kind of the stress and sleep, the amount that your employees get for that. And they're great for that. So that's something I would do if I was a smaller business. So the onboarding for both Zenefits and ADP is hands down super easy. I mean, they're both pretty much equal and the same. They both have their apps that you can get on your phone, and same day that you sign up, you can start using it, certainly can get your benefits, certainly get your payroll if you have any, already ran your pay stubs, especially for your employees. So getting started with them, super easy. I mean, same day, not a problem.
                                                       So for me as a manager, the top considerations for me when I'm choosing either Zenefits or RUN Powered by ADP or any other payroll processing system, of course, is pricing. You always have to take pricing into consideration as a month-to-month, or if you're paying on an annual wage. Also, I want to consider, do I have an HR branch? Do I have to oversee a lot of managers as well? Whereas if I'm a smaller business, that to me is more like Zenefits. I can focus on my employees. I can run... Everything else that ADP does, Zenefits for the most part can do as far as payroll, managing. But also how much do you care about your support? Because there's two different things when it comes to Zenefits and ADP when it comes to customer service.
                                                       ADP has two customer service centers, one for larger and one for smaller businesses, and you have someone there in person helping you. Whereas Zenefits, if you're familiar with that, is more like you email in. They might email you back or they have pre-written articles on some help. And it could be frustrating when you need some help with your system and you need it now, especially when it comes to paying people. So for me, yes, pricing's important, but also the customer service that comes along with it. I personally think ADP or RUN, I'm sorry, Powered by ADP would be something worth looking into if you really need that.

The CSR sends the info to the tax team and I was told it takes over a month to process the missing 941. IN the meanwhile, I am getting nasty notices from IRS and am likely to have to pay penalties.
