The clock in and clock out system is simple for employees to use, and the reporting features save a lot of time when reviewing payroll.

Also, I sometimes have trouble finding certain advanced settings in Synerion especially when I am in a hurry.

Honestly I am glad that the timekeeping and scheduling features load on my phone without crashing.

Notifications about schedule changes could be clearer.

It also offers good value for money compared to similar workforce management platforms.

Some advanced features take time to fully understand.

A major enhancement request for us is the ability for employees to enter Absence Requests for the current day without having the ability to edit their own timesheet or schedule.

As an example, it would be very helpful for managers to see under the Attendance the remaining days of the pay period so they can easily see who maybe reaching overtime if they have planned PTO towards the end of the pay period (we as a company include paid PTO in Overtime calculations).The reports are very useful and customizable, but it would be great if Synerion does a deeper training on the data tables and how to write formulas for admins that are more IT savvy and prefer to learn how to do it on their own rather than requesting support with report writing.

The admin side is more complex and maintaining it can be time consuming and difficult at times.

Additionally, Synerion's ability to integrate with other systems and software was a significant advantage, allowing for seamless data exchange and increased automation.

How much time we save by using this application which in turn makes of save a lot of money because of the time it takes & the errors in data entry that we used to make when doing the pays manually.

As a timekeeper, it seems a bit complicate to use due to exception and many changes internally,

For admin side, the hierarchy is a bit difficult to use when there are too many changes.

Making manual adjustments was sometimes a challenge.

Navigating through the software is a struggle, and accessing specific features requires a certain level of familiarity which proved to be a steep learning curve for me as a new user.

From the sales pitch, through implementation, to amazing support, to the ability to receive feedback and improve, this company has been a great choice for our needs.

The cost of synerion is something to talk about.

We have many employees who do not use technology and they are proficient with the mobile app with minimal to no guidance.

One aspect that I liked least was the user interface. While functional, it could have been more visually appealing and intuitive.

The product itself has a lot of features making it one of the best choices in the workforce management software category.

Our employees are all unionised & there are many premiums to apply because of their convention.
