I find it hard to understand exactly where the roles are being posted and then sometimes how to find them on job boards.

Always on the end of the phone if you had a query, and were highly invested ensuing you were set up to use the system to its best ability.

There are no real negatives spring to mind. It sometimes takes a little while for CVs to show up when they have been sent by a candidate, it is not instant.

It is a shame that we don't have the ability to set up and manage our users this end.
