Pendo is a fantastic tool to understand how your users are interacting with your product. I like the ability to track clickable elements and page visits within our tool.
We have apps so need better tool. And terrible biz practice trying to scam more money from customers.
Overall, very pleased with how quickly you can gain insights about how your products are being utilized.
You are not able to clone guides across multiple instances, which is a bit of a pain when trying to push the same message to a few audiences.
We have actually tried to model some of our onboarding behaviors after Pendo's onboarding process, it was that good. I have always had great experiences with asking questions of the support staff.
We try to gather info from these elements but the only options seem to be screenshots or accessing the limited info available in CSV download.
We're able to get fantastic insights about who uses our product, why, and how. It allows us to make effective decisions on which features to dig deeper into, and which to scrap.
The search function for account names is limited.
It is a significant investment, but so many benefits, it is worth it.

I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.
The reports sometimes freeze - I have close out the browser and reopen, or refresh. It can be frustrating, especially if it takes 10+ minutes to pull a reports.
Our employees also find GoCo to be very user friendly. They also have wonderful customer service.
We've not come across anything we're unhappy with so far.
I think it is very user friendly and the look itself is up to date and appealing.
I may have limited access but every time I would click on the Calendar nothing would come up.
Very affordable and has a lot of features that other platforms nickel and dime you on. The support team is extremely responsive and you know that issues are not just going in the queue.
Disappointed that GoCo has gone to up-charging for functionality when they swore they wouldn't do that like Zenefits did in the sales cycle.

I love that this software is so easily to use. I have used some other software's at previous employers that were not as user friendly and ApplicantStack has been so much better.
I can't purge my system of client/caregiver entries that are not relevant, so they clutter my search feed. There is no report for client contacts - this is inconvenient in an emergency setting.
I love how easily it is to pull employees information, how perfectly the communication goes- it is an easy workflow. I do enjoy how easy the reports are to pull as well.
The biggest complaint that we have is that there is only one administrator allowed.
I appreciate that the customer service is always fast and responsive to help new users. I received little training on how to use this tool and I've needed to seek out help from them many times.
We have alot of the emails go into candidates spam or told they did not receive it.
We will keep using ApplicantStack even after the pandemic ends. My favorite feature is screening employees, we're able to quickly and carefully choose the best candidates for each position.
It was a little difficult to switch back and fourth between different people, which obviously cut down efficency.
Excellent help documentation on site with easy to search topics and videos, and customer service responds to help tickets fairly quickly.
I like that Applicant Stack integrates with Corvirtus for applicant competency testing and the value for cost is very good.
I've had a good experience overall. I'm grateful that appstack now provides messaging.

The software is clean and simple and serves as a great resource for company information, coworker contacts, and a comprehensive company calendar outlining anniversaries, birthdays, and days off.
Some of the updates would cause havoc on the system and delay some of our onboarding.
I hadn't used it until my current company and I am really happy to be able to utilize it. There are so many great features and I love it.
The only con I have noticed is from guys in HR complaining that it does not provide in-house payroll management.
BambooHR has some great integrations (Slack, for instance) that allow me to see when my co-workers are out of the office or even celebrating an anniversary or birthday.
At times I struggle with the signing portion of documents.
Great customer service, easy to navigate user platform and mobile app, love that it includes things like ENPS scores.
When we first got it, I would say its lack of payroll integration, but it's since integrated TRAX payroll with the software, which our accounting team is now switching to.
We have become very dependent on this, the mobile app and the website are both great benefits to our employees.

It is an amazing experience and i am felling good with using it everyday.

The ability to have 'in product' help for users when using D365 is a big benefit. The support we have received from the organisation has been good and I would recommend this product.
The lack of editing functionality if required.
The move from Classic to Attain is a great improvement for the ease of use of the product.
So there is no more different content available in different places.
The most important value I think is the people who is aroung this product, because they always try to give you an excellent support and help on any need you could have.
We had a problem with the upload of our first big portal (over 7 languages), but got 24/7 support for it. Fortunately, this problem is no longer critical with the new ClickLearn.
Using the software allows the documentation of both customer processes and internal processes in a way that is time friendly, cost effective and which also looks amazing in terms of the end product.
There have been very few issues using ClickLearn, one small frustration (now fixed) was integrating SSO.
I think the customer support is very knowledgeable and is great at helping me through any of the nags I have come across.

Automations require a new UX, maybe something related to path creations, with several steps. Today is limited and has some fails to deploy/start that frustrate the workflow creator.
Its ease of use and simplicity. It just does what it promises to do and very user friendly interface that allows me to customize it the way that I want.
I noticed there are no demonstration videos/picturess for beginners.
Easy and clean, best ui, easy to understand, easy to use in the same time with alot of features to apply.
Poor data analyses; difficult to connect to others softwares.
We are a Service-Based Business, so having a Software we can trust and is being constantly improved, is essential. I would totally recommend Pipefy.

Rippling did not file my quarterly taxes and failed to pay federal taxes on payroll for a few staffers. I have been financially penalized by the government.
I love that Rippling makes payroll fun, with easy to use features to download documents, see paystubs, and fun design quirks that always bring a smile to my face.
At this moment there are no aspects of this software that I dislike.
Great product at a great value. Our transition from our previous product was seamless and changes are easy to make within program.
I have since transitioned to a new payroll provider that has had zero issue doing both those things correctly. Yet, I'm still being charged for Rippling despite them not doing their job correctly.
Finding important documents is easy and straightforward, like it should be. I love receiving the fun emails every time I get paid.
I have to beg for responses and escalate emails to additional staffers to get a response. Horrid customer service and completely lacking to do their job correctly.

Bob makes me help to solve queries in seconds and the responding team is amazing they have solutions for almost everything that the HR department can do and solve for you.
We had slight trouble in the beginning with the calendar view and it not working in the way we have previously been used too.
This software is efficient, effective and an all round great tool to have on board your team. Would recommend to all clients.
The company doc storage component has a poor user interface/design but we don't use that much.

Absorb has been great to learn, the customer support team and CRM's are amazing to work with. They are always willing to help achieve overall success for Admin and learners.
Again we were really disappointed about the department/sub-department functionality. So if you are using Absorb for multiple clients not just internally then beware.

The dashboard reports has been my favorite item recently. I am able to create and share specific dashboards that are impactful to our internal business units.
It's hard to say what I like most at this point. As a new customer experiencing a high volume of issues, I haven't gotten to find what I like yet.
With each new release, the tool becomes more and more of an asset.
I found Absorb to be easy to use, from implementation to development. My Project Coordinators and integration teams were phenomenal in navigating the process and when challenges arise.
Absorb has been great to learn, the customer support team and CRM's are amazing to work with. They are always willing to help achieve overall success for Admin and learners.
Again we were really disappointed about the department/sub-department functionality. So if you are using Absorb for multiple clients not just internally then beware.
Their customer service is by far THE BEST customer service I have ever received working with any other company. They are fast, responsive and always willing to help me out.
Thus, whenever you update a course, you will have to re-enroll all users. It has limited assessment options.
Great looking site design and flawless implementation. Amazing pricing and good product support.
Resources don't have a thumbnail- makes them look empty/incomplete. No place for text on the home dashboard.
It is Intuitive, is easy to use on the back-end, and has an attractive front-end. It's well-priced based on level of service, and they are responsive to requests for features/functionality.
The migration didn't go very smooth, but having been through implementations before though, I recognize some problems are to be expected.
Quick and responsive page loading, and simply ability to export data reports. Advance API and direct database access capability for growth and in-depth training program management and reporting.
Compared to other similar learning management systems, absorb has one of the best user interfaces and visual appeal. Great level of customization for various needs or contexts.
The Absorb platform has been great for getting us up to speed quickly and ease of use for our learners.
Learner and Admin portals load quickly and are responsive. Excellent support and implementation experiences with quick turn around, and constant updates and improvements in the pipe line.
Absorb is powerful and provides a responsive experience for both the User and LMS Admin. There are features of the system we are still exploring as features and improvements are consistently offered.

It benefits that it works with cryptocurrency and this is a must for my usage. The way Deel works is fast, money gets withdrawn very seamlessly and integrates with most platforms perfectly too.
Once you sign, they immediately leave you alone, with no real support whatsoever and difficulties setting everything up.
The support/client success team we have as well are the most responsive I have ever seen, and are so friendly, intelligent, and helpful.
Sudden migration delay for entity enrollment or cancellation is barely acceptable from the beginning. Had to endure a payroll delay due to Deel's system error.
Their salary and benefit tools have been excellent so far and have helped us make successful offers to international staff members.
Firstly, they charge a calendar monthly service fee no matter when you joined, I joined on the 21st so I still paid in FULL for that month despite getting NO service and no paychecks.
Signing up was a pleasure, the pitch sounded perfect, the idea itself is overdue and the promises that were made gave me confidence that this was the best possible solution.

I love the friendly setup of the platform and the simplicity of use, mostly I use it for the praising the colleagues and it does solve a lot regarding giving positive feedback and having mood boost.
The flows are not optimised, UI is ugly, it seems that Leapsome itself doesn't use this app or these "improvements" are too low in their priorities list.
Something very interesting for me is that in addition of being a super LMS, thank to Leapsome we can organize meetings and periodical reviews and launch surveys across the company.
There are not many negatives to report, but it seems that Leapsome integrates with a limited number of programs, which is a hindrance to using it for more functions.
Super easy to use software, that was easily adapted by all employees. Definitely helped the overall company morale in sharing positive feedback and praise for one another.
It felt strange that as a forward-thinking software company, we were using outdated methods for our internal processes.
There is good communication between the assigned contact partner, that is always willing to share best practices. I really like the Leapsome content (I enjoy the blog!), their philosophy and mission.

BirdDog HR is an outstanding product. Easy to use, great customer support, all around wonderful product.
They refuse to let you out of contract; and will put you into collections, regardless that we paid for the software upfront for the entire. Required to pay for software upfront.
I like the ability to track applicant data, the ease with which it syncs with our website, and the ability to advertise and produce compliance reports.
The downside of this software is that it does not include the module where you can plan an employee compensation.
The support teams at InfinityHR are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When it comes to the nitty gritty of their system they have a pretty good handle of what you need to do.
Every year when filling out my annual review, I would get automatically logged out, thus losing about an hour of work.
The ease and speed of this process has been a great assett to our department.
There is no way to group types of jobs into categories when searching or formatting. There is also no way to create a template for reoccurring job posts.
The added integration of free job boards was one of the main reasons we selected the product and have had good results so far. Customer service is usually very fast and helpful.
Onboarding went well but since then Customer service has been horrible. You have to email at least 2 times to get a response and they rarely have the answers you are looking for.
I would highly recommend this product for how user friendly it is, how easy it is to learn, and above the support you get when issues do arise.

Its super simple to use and easy to get around to the information i'm looking for. I really like the fun things they send when you get paid.
Tax calculations and deductions for each employee is difficult to achieve with the software. Leave management is restricted to admininistrator alone.
We use it for payroll and benefits and its simple and effective. The customer service is also great as they are "human" because they actually listen and answer questions.
I now use a different service because I was tired of the lack of organization in this regard, and the implication that by expecting more, I was being unreasonable.
Not only do they make it easy to use the platform, the dashboard and overall experience with their tool is pleasant and truly great.
My biggest frustration is inability to sign documents. I still have to use Docusign then upload the documentation into the individual profiles instead of kicking it off directly during onboarding.
Hands down the best and most cost-effective payroll bureau I have ever had the pleasure to do business with.
The onboarding is painful and only do it at the end of the year, unless there is an emergency. Porting the weekly information back into quick Books can get tricky.
It is very clear what is included and choosing plans is a breeze. The UI is great and their customer service is outstanding.
Gusto has a great interface that is easy and intuitive to use and they also have fantastic support.
Overall the software has been great and is a lifesaver at tax time. We have been very pleased.

My overall opinion with Talent reef is that it is a good software for helping with hiring.
Customer Service is slow to respond to needs when having a problem with the system. The customer service team seems to hit and miss on consistency in service.
The customer service team is great when treat them with dignity and respect. I have also enjoyed the over intuitive nature of this product.
The process to release an applicant is extremely difficult. There is not an alert to let the person who posted the job to alert that there are new applicants.
TalentReef has good reporting capabilities, and invested sales and development teams. They have made modifications that improve ease of use and onboarding.
The CRM is virtually useless, as records cannot be imported to EXL or CSV and lack an operational sort method.
Customer support is attentive and the initial set up for our company was well supported throughout the process. Talentreef works extremely well as solid ATS option and has a very good UI in this area.
They cant seem to figure out why jobs are not being pushed to the job boards, time and time again. As the customer, have to be the go between Talentreef and Indeed to find out what the problem is.
The hiring and onboarding process for the manager is user friendly. This gives the manager the ability to focus on other important tasks because they spend less time on paperwork.
It does not offer half the features that Indeed, Glassdoor or Linkedin do. You have to enter all your information and there is no way to simply upload a resume.

As a foreign company moving into the US market I'm glad we chose OnPay. They have been great at making everything smooth from helping us get set up with payroll to benefits for our employees.
Sometimes new employees miss the part about setting up direct payment into their accounts. It must not be obvious, because about 1 out of 3 will miss it.
User-friendly, excellent customer support, super easy on a small budget and I am 100% comfortable in leaving everything in their capable hands. Simply click a button on payday and it's done.
Also, there was a problem with payroll being processed twice within two minutes from each other. There should have been a pop up stating you already processed a payroll.
Alway friendly staff that is eager to help answer any questions and get us to a resolution. Software is simple and packed with features.
I hate paperwork and don't have a big enough operation to justify hiring a book keeper.
The communication, information, help & kindness shown throughout the process has been a real change from our last experience. The response time is super quick too.

Also, there was a problem with payroll being processed twice within two minutes from each other. There should have been a pop up stating you already processed a payroll.
Alway friendly staff that is eager to help answer any questions and get us to a resolution. Software is simple and packed with features.
I hate paperwork and don't have a big enough operation to justify hiring a book keeper.
The communication, information, help & kindness shown throughout the process has been a real change from our last experience. The response time is super quick too.
After that, the website would no longer let me log in with my password. I could only login with just my email, which felt a little sketchy.
Super easy to get started with it and super easy to use. Love the payroll feature.
It has made a big difference for my organization and we have saved a great deal of money compared to using an in - house bookkeeper doing it.

Its easy for a non tech savy person to use which was important. Also like my taxes are auto filed for me.

If the student computer is not up-to-date, sometimes it can be that the invitation goes to the spam.
As an instructional designer, you can create online courses more quickly thanks to its different modules and interactive tools that are perfectly integrated with PowerPoint.
It's sometimes hard to decide which report to use and it will not produce a report of the percentage of people who have completed a course.
ISpring team members respond quickly and with enthusiasm. They make any question I have seem easy and are always super helpful.

I liked this software because of how easy it was to add custom competencies. I also liked the reminder system and how it could be customized.
You have resources if you are having troubles but you really need to figure the system out independently. When you have an issue you need to send an email to the helpdesk.
Once I reached out to the helpdesk they took care of it quickly. I am happy with the new system and look forward to continuing to learn more.
The limitation on number of raters when it comes to larger projects.
Ability to customize; cost effective; great tool to provide feedback.
We had a new senior team in place and they all had varying work styles and they tended to disagree a lot. The 360 helped coach focus on the areas they had in common and work backwards from there.
Our clients are also thrilled with EchoSpan's products and services.
The other item would be the dates that were required in the project phase, was unsure about the dates.
The tool is extremely intuitive and easy to implement. The customer support is stellar and helps make the overall administration of the tool seamless.
The user interface is simple and attractive, and the feedback from our users (primarily senior-level business leaders) has been overwhelmingly positive.
I've investigated several other vendors, and Echospan is indeed at the top for their system functionality and flexibility, as well as their support. I would highly recommend their 360 product.
Their customer service is exceptional and they are great about listening to customers' ideas for enhancements to the product.

The software was easy to customize, to get at what I sought to learn from both my peers and my direct reports.
But any time I had a question or problem I couldn't resolve on my own I got knowledgable, quick support from the EchoSpan team. These two factors make it really easy to refer others to this product.

Great feedback from new hires on the ease of submission of the required forms. It seems much less daunting than getting a huge packet of papers & it has saved us on printing costs.
No way to upload several documents at once in supplemental files. Need a multiple file upload or drag and drop.
It sounds like a good idea. I like that applicants can complete onboarding on their phone.
I don't think I can upload the WorkBright info into my QuickBooks. I must open two screens to transfer the information, and that's where mistakes occur.
The interface and employee workflow is very solid. The fact that it works best on mobile devices is HUGE.
That is does not alert the employer everytime the employees do their paperwork or update it.
I like the ability to do paperless onbarding to save time and decrease the paper trail.
Perhaps that we still keep all hard copies of I-9's in one binder so should there be a Department of Labor audit, we don't have two places to access I-9's (software AND HR office).

Some of the input fields are difficult to find when you have an error. Sometimes it will not flag a field it didn't like during onboarding whicg caued a lot of guessing where the error was.
I appreciate having a clear list highlighting expiration dates for licenses and other credentials. The optional CME tracking feature and procedure logs are other helpful resources.
As an early user of the platform, Pivotal Health encountered some of the expected bugs and workflow difficulties.
The Flow team is extremely helpful and always available to help or provide tips when we need them. And the software is very easy to use.
