This software very much fits our needs. After evaluating many different CRM's the decision to go with Tamago was clear.

TamagoDB is in Japan and more to the point what you need. I liked it except the pricing.

Not 100% customizable, however, it offers plenty of solutions and work arounds, so no major issues.

I don't really have any cons other than the lack of AI and automation functionality which I don't feel is an important feature we need currently.
