I LIKE TANDA BECAUSE IT'S EASY TO USE AND MAKES ROSTERING TIME TRACKING, AND PAYROLL MUCH SIMPLER AND MORE EFFICIENT.

It's easy to use, has simplified rostering and payroll processes, and saves our team a lot of time.

The support team is helpful and responsive, and overall the platform has made workforce management much more efficient.

One of the best feature is its Time clock attendance which allows you to clock in remotely.

I don't work consistent hours as I'm currently looking after my children. But Tanda refused to speak to me, and instead told me to send screenshots because they do not call people (Except my accountant, who has had no problem having phone conversations)

Tanda is extremely difficult to work with, I requested a 5-minute phone conversation for a couple of issues that when I first signed up I would be able to solve.

I have used its attendance tracking and timesheet features.

The limited contact, overall rudeness, and lacking accountability with the staff.

They could've taken the call and been done with it but instead, choose to make it as difficult as possible for me.

Rostering and timesheets has saved us a lot of time using manual spreadsheets and timesheets and is more accurate.

There are things to be improved, but still I can say it is a good tool for what we pay.

They have great features and originally were good at the beginning.
