What is TimeStation?
TimeStation is a cloud-based attendance tracking software designed to help businesses record employees’ working hours or attendance on a centralized platform. Staff members can use the self-service portal to review their recent activities, verify the check-in/out timings, and edit time entries.
TimeStation offers mobile applications, which allow administrators to track the time spent across projects, print employee cards, and generate reports to streamline payroll processes. Managers can determine the GPS location of the staff’s time entries and export collected information in Excel or CSV formats for future reference. It also lets users categorize employees based on departments and access details, such as name, title, hourly rate, and 4-digit pin from the database.
TimeStation enables businesses to protect confidential data using end-to-end Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. The software also helps users filter reports based on start or end dates and scan barcodes to facilitate check-in processes.
