Another great feature is you can put in a minimal staff/user amount, and detect any potential conflicts with leave times, so not only do you get everyone's requests in one spot, but timetastic will essentially prevent you from making a scheduling error or leaving anything unstaffed.

Also, the calendar views are fantastic.   

This was hard to clearly replicate in this system.
