I would say the main drawback to Thought Industries is the customization options.

It can be limiting if you want to create a customized learning experience.

We have been able to combine the multitude of legacy sites into one with the Panorama feature, which is fantastic.  

The only thing holding us back is the inability to require a course and track who has not yet started a course(s).
