Very simple to access, no redirecting to other pages I think everyone can be capable to use it. I like the reporting and ability to download the data, the TSheets is clean is smart.

Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.

Lots, it was incredibly hard to set up a simple roster using their program. If someone missed a sign in or sign out it was really hard to edit to their correct hours.

Payroll

Inability to back up and therefore restore to a version should a large mistake be made.

When adding annual leave it kept doubling up on their hours, example, I would add 7.5 hours annual leave and it would appear on Definitiv as 15 hours. Hard to edit timesheets and rosters.

Picture recognition for staff sign in was cool. It has a lot of potential.

I love the reporting centre, and the date driven nature means I can track all changes over time.
