QuickBooks Time vs monday.com Comparison

The Live Chat. The ability to receive an immediate response to whatever issues we are having is so valuable! If only the parts departments we deal with daily were so responsive.

Would like if it had a "to do list" or "notepad" that could be shared with individual groups & privately between administrators. Something similar to Monday.com. Which we use to update job progress or needs.

I love monday.com! We utilize multiple integrations and automations to keep our team on track and our clients in the loop. It has allowed us to provide a better experience to our customers while also creating less stress on our team.

I would like to see more integrations including Quickbooks and cross-board referencing for automations and integrations.

Monday.com is software with active dashboard which displays reports and statistics of data analysis

It's online time tracking system that saves a lot of time.

Its extensive customization and features ,which can take few time for new users to understand.

I like that monday.com streamlines project, task, portfolio and program management in one place automatically.

Kudos to tech support on both sides for rapid response whenever there is an arising technical error.

I like to use the tool from time to time, it is handy.

Some interfaces are not very friendly. but nothing important.

It's completely customizable, and that increases productivity and efficiency.

Customer support time could be slightly improved to reduce waiting time.

I hate learning new software even though I know it's good for me. Monday.com does so much it's going to take some time to wrap my head around it.

The product is little on the higher pricing side and first time setup could be little time consuming.

Maybe it is a bit time consuming when using the first time, but once you have it, its great.

Monday.com allows one to manage one's own time as well as their team's time which is vital to allow work to be done on time. The variety of templates allows for a visually pleasing view and separates different tasks effectively

I didnt like how their basic plan lacked important features apart of paid packages

I like that you are able to easily assign tasks to people on your team and that you can give them a priority (high-low). You can see what everyone on your team is working on and it helps to balance individuals workload.

It tracks the amount of time spent working on a given task, but this time isn't really accurate, because it's the time from when it was assigned to when it was marked as complete, but that doesn't mean you worked on that specific task for the entire time period.

Simplicity and Practicality are a big Pro in this application. I've brought 2 other people on to my team that were able to pick it right up and use it.

I wish there was more I could access in the base plan. Idk at what point I would want to upgrade to a better plan.
