Pros
Pretty good so far and their integration with other platforms like LinkedIn, for example, is great.
I was beginning to think this was impossible and it’s done now – really happy with it. It will make a huge impact on my ability to do everything through the system which is brilliant.
Talent pools are great for grouping together candidates. The feature where you can create candidates and contacts straight from your email is gold.
Pros
Its user friendly, has all the functions we need for full cycle recruitment and we love the customer support - very attentive and the best service out there.
Basic features all most same in all ATS but there are lot of unique and useful features which used regularly. The way of simplicity and user friendly is the best part of this product.
As a new user I was very impressed with the product, future capabilities, and friendliness and response of the Customer Support team.
Cons
Ve been having problems with data not pulling through properly from Linkedin.
Sometimes the speed lags slightly – however this could be our internet rather than Vincere.
If anything comes up ill be sure to let you know.
Cons
At times its shows error and once you refresh the page its all start again. Few useful functionalities are missing.
Occasional connection loss and speed issues. Not to extend, however, that can be in the way of operations.
The color palate uses a lot of "pastel" colors which makes it hard to see.
