As a seasoned leader in the recruitment industry for over a decade, my recent encounter with Vincere has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite initially promising interactions with their sales team, the transition to becoming a customer has been marred by inefficiency and frustration at every turn. Upon becoming a customer, the customer support shifts to a Chabot, which has proven to be anything but efficient.

Being part of the Access Group only exacerbates this issue, as communication between affiliated companies appears nonexistent. Despite raising multiple tickets detailing these grievances, the responses have been either egregiously delayed or outright ignored.

Good for databases and keeping track of information for the work

The onboarding process has dragged on for over two months, and to my disbelief, my data still hasn't been properly integrated into their system due to persistent errors.

Document compliance works well with assigned document types and a controller to view and approve them, however, it has a major limitation in that once an approval type is setup you can never change it.

I found the product is reliable when we worked on CRM projects that were revenue based, good for capturing real time tracks and generating accurate sales that includes products and services.

Attempts to seek assistance in person have been futile, as the labyrinthine corporate structure seems designed to keep customers at arm's length.

After this I had no contact and was unable to speak to anyone at all, my emails not replied to, no acknowledgment of my cancellation.

The 'killer' LiveList feature is the same, you can submit a candidate but then they are frozen in time for the client to see.

What has really let Vincere down is it's lack of customer service and accountability.

The pipeline is fixed, you have no ability to edit it and it is not suitable to modern search and workflow.

Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your recruitment software needs.

product has alot of bugs, cant pin pages and its functionality is generally speaking constantly faulting

They lock you into a contract and do not let you leave after you were completely missold the product.

Search function is terrible (you need to type in exactly "John Smith" to find John Smith, wont bring up matching results to partial searches like "John Sm " like any other software.

Vincere is clearly an ATS which was at the forefront in its initial development but is now extremely legacy, more so than Bullhorn.

Their real job board tool is actually a separate module and costs hundred extra.

In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Vincere to any recruitment company.

There are certain bugs and roadblocks that they aren't able to fix - instead they keep adding useless features like Apple Watch integration.

Vincere came along and were able to tailor the functionality to align with our unique process brilliantly. As it continues to evolve, we continue to improve our usage of it.

The support team are all in the Phillipeans and are disinterested in resolving issues.
