Not Quite Prime TIme

Trying to eliminate scheduling issues and enhance communications.

Pros

This product is super straight forward and fairly simple to use. It's better than using spreadsheets, but app is super buggy and lacks the features needed for a company more than just 10-20 employees. We've tried a couple of other apps and found this one to be just OK.

Cons

App lacks the features of other leading apps like When I Work or the enterprise based SAP software I've used before.

Just simply ... the best !

I wasn't sure between Deputy and When I Work but after the two last updates Deputy is absolutely the best one.

Pros

User friendly, push notifications, good resolution for iPhone 6 plus, communications between staff.

Cons

price, no "sort by employees" on the scheduling view (i miss so much this kind of view).

I have loved the fact that I can have as many employees that I want

2018-04-17

easy scheduling, great communication with my staff and the ability for my staff to drop shifts, switch shifts of take an open shift.

Pros

My staff and I really like the communication in the news feed, the ability to post PDF and images as needed to all my staff as I use it for my Staff Memos. I also like the ability for them to 'confirm' the message after they have read it. Having the chance to edit the start time of a shift is also helpful as sometimes you forget to log in and it can be adjusted.

Cons

It doesn't show the amount of hours scheduled in a day at the bottom like other software I have previously used. (When I work) and it also doesn't let you type large amounts of text in the news feed. You have to send multiple messages or upload a word document.
