Pros

“I had no complaints until the fee increase”

Aimee M.

Office Manager

“If the people actually completed the WonScore it helped get some insight. ”

Steve F.

Owner

Pros

“Its AI-driven insights, customizable tests, and automated candidate ranking streamline hiring, making it efficient, data-driven, and bias-free for recruiters and hiring managers.”

Yeswanth A.

Software Engineer

“The interface was friendly, i easily was able to navigate through out my testing process, and the question sections breaks were very important as it helped not only for room to breath but majorly as a saving point incase there is disruption with the internet or power”

Favour U.

Product designer

“The ability to accurately identify candidates that leave the testing environment, as well as the live tracking and volume of tests.”

Samantha V.

Founder and Recruiter

Cons

“Cost prohibitive for our use and the amount of hiring we do.”

Aimee M.

Office Manager

“I was disappointed in their recent fee increase to over 300% of what we used to pay. ”

Aimee M.

Office Manager

Cons

“You can't view the test questions, so it's a leap into the unknown as a first time user. If you customise a screening question and need to edit it - you can't. ”

Fi R.

COO

“They are either too simple or too difficult, and some of our candidates also find technical tasks irrelevant for assessing their skills and are unwilling to complete them. ”

Pınar A.

Human Resources Manager

“One more thing: when I spoke to their salesperson during the demo call, he didn't even know about all options they offer.”
