Pros
I like the ease of use for using this product. It also allows me to save past candidate information and evaluate who may be a good fit for our team.
I love what this assessment tests. Cognitive, Motivation and Personality are very important in all of our roles here, and I love that we can see where our candidates lack and excel at.
The software is really user friendly and has an out-of-the-box set up. The job profiles are great and again, the results give an accurate depiction of the candidates ability.
Pros
It has helped our organization hire rapidly and with confidence, supporting our growth. Also, the simulations mirror real world scenarios which is very helpful in evaluating potential team members.
The situations it takes you through are outstanding and it truly gives them a brief look into what they'll be getting into if they're hired.
The software is ease to send out to potential candidates and gives a nice overview of different skills and how they might match with what we are looking for.
Cons
I am somewhat confused with some of the emails that I receive from Wonscore.
We often get people that do not complete the assessment - not sure if that's a problem with the software or they just lose patience.
I am not sure if this is a negative but some applicants start the process and quit without finishing essentially deciding they would rather not get the job than finish the assessment.
Cons
The English oral test has bad connection and bad audio, which makes it hard to please.
Its very brief, no too many details, no suggestions.
The tests are hard to align with some of the more specific positions we have.
