You have duplicate applicants for different roles, which is tricky they do attach them together in the corner so you have to remember to check. If you're searching passive candidates, you cannot add notes unless you add them to a live job, which makes no sense at all.

It seems like it takes up a lot of RAM on the computer, though some of my colleagues don't report this issue so may be my computer but it doesn't do this with other sites/tabs. When typing, it almost freezes and takes a long time for the information to appear and so to limit mistakes, it is best to type on Notepad and then copy and paste it in later.

Nothing specific but the IA can be more accurate for example when we edit the Job requiements it should change on the IA matching feature as well
