Customer service so far has been a bit hard to communicate. It maybe a rare occurrence,  no more after more usage.

Its basic, wasn't able to schedule send emails and in app emailing function was a bit confusing sometimes.

I appreciate that you can see the number of candidates at each stage of the hiring process, send email through the tool, and follow a conversation from end to end.

I dislike how, even after many years of using the tool, I still don't know how to log in from the website, I can only reach it from a link in my email.

We were able to create a completely seamless integration with a WordPress site using the API and a custom WordPress theme. It took some effort to set up properly but it works great.
