It is a very stable system with useful features. Easy to implement with good technical support.

The site itself is hard to navigate to as ADP has a few other portals. There are also a number of features and views that are not utilized by our company so the robustness of the software is lost.

ADP is expanding who they will integrate with which is wonderful because you can have several other systems integrated to the payroll system which makes for seamless processes.

There really isn't much aside from the lack of error messages. When something goes wrong it doesn't really tell you what is going wrong so it's hard to know what to fix.

Overall a good program and super user friendly. I've had people tell me they enjoy this more then the previous program we used.

We have implemented a system where if you will take off a particular day due to illness, we request the next day off - but this is a very poor workaround that often leads to confusion.

I like that I can have easy access to money I earned and where taxes have been taken out. It’s also great in that it allows you to punchin even if Working offsite.

You can go from keeping it really basic, to adding all different bells and whistle. The team that sets you up is also super helpful and you can reach them by phone or email with a rapid response.

I like how I can manage a teams time and payrool. I love it as an employee to check my time & money.
