Hi Dr. Smita, Appreciate the review! We have features related to lateness implemented in our improved Jibble 2 system (you can visit it at www.jibble.io). Lateness can be flagged in the Timesheets and you can also stop someone from Jibbling in if they are late.

Its is very useful to keep track of the time and to be able to track your team mates working hours and also to get to be able to know what other colleague is online and which one is not working. You can also keep track of how many hours has been put in a project. User interface is very friendly.

Honestly dont have much regarding cons.

It is an easy-to-use software/tool the are no hidden tabs it's easy and straightforward.

I have nothing to complain about to date. But it should allow us to set out clocking off times and clock us off automatically when the time arrives, I am in South Africa and sometimes we experience load-shedding mostly at 6 pm my knocking off time, when the Internet stops the software continues to track and it's unfair because most of the time the power comes back two hours after. That is when I have to log out and it reflects as of I did overtime.

Jibble is really easy to use because the main website is really simple. The UIs are simple and easy to navigate

The least the I like about the software is when I clock in, use other softwares/tools, the timer on the browser tab stops. I have to go back to Jibble to check if how many hours Im already working.

Slack integration, amazing dashboard with teams and projects. we use it for time and attendance tracking and it is the only powerful tool that has emerged out of my search that is not only usable by the manager but also by others​ in the team who embrace using it to see their progress.

I have a very small team of fewer​ than 10 people and therefore at this point, the complexities in time tracking haven't reached the limitations of the tool. Geolocation is using GPS but using the IP address to see if the person jibble request comes from the expected IP as metadata would be useful.

The people who work in the customer service are very friendly and quick to resolve doubts. It's really simple.

You can only set one Daily Overtime in Work Schedules. For continuously changing schedule, you need to update your employees schedules as they change and be sure that you already exported their previous timesheets to get the accurate previous data.

for our small business, the product is very easy to use, it makes everything to make perfect sense. from time tracking to reports, is quite enjoyable to use.

does not calculate leave days, and most of the times is hard to clock people facially. we do it manually most of the time

The Jibble platform is simply a breeze; adding people is seamless, totally love the geofencing feature, and the NFC checkin with the app is simply amazing.

So far, the platform is working just fine for our needs.

It works for everything that we need. I depend on it As I am not in the field I dont know if people show up or not.

It doesn't print my weekly payroll logs

We are able to automate our attendance, makes it easier to manage people coming in and out especially with a remote team. We have it integrated to our slack making it convenient for everyone

For slack integration, it can be harder for users to remember the shortcodes

We like that Jibble makes it easy for employees to clock in and out right from their computer. It has also saves the person in charge of our payroll a lot of time as they can easily print out all employees times for the week.

Sometimes there are glitches where it double clocks people in, which sometimes causes issues when they try to clock out. We also wish it would split employees total times between overtime, vacation/sick time, and regular time.

It fits into our workflow with few clicks, I used it with Slack and haven't found its alternative yet.

I understand that the paid feature provides us with the full power of Jibble. I don't see the cons, what I find absurd is that people tend to spend less on things which actually optimise their internal processes.

Jibble is awesome because even on the free plan it does what i need it to do. All i really need is the clock in/out feature & time tracking for all my staff. The geofencing is the best part, so they can only clock in within a certain area.

I am only on the free plan, so i think this is different for paid plans, but I would like there to be an option where people can still clock out not in the geofenced location. And if they clock out outisde of the geofenced location, there is a pop up question that asked when they finished work, AND this particular time is flagged for admin (me) to confirm on the time sheets. I have so many people with their clocks continuously running because they forget to clock out.

The best part of Jibble for me is the usability, it can be very intuitive to new users to understand how to track their own work time.

The software could be improved by using a bot that can alert or clock out automatically if the work hours in the day pass 20 hours (maybe create a limit). Sometimes people forget to CheckOut and the time still running in the background.

That you can make lots of categories to jibble in

people forget to use jibble, so it is always a big mess in the end of a week and the employees are adapting his/her own working ours without letting us administrators know. So we do not have a correct control about it

I like most about Jibble are the following1. JIbble app can be use in my mobile phone. When I enter the school premises I can just click the app then time in.2. If I forgot my mobile phone I can use my desktop or laptop to time in and out.3. When there are times that we need to work from home I can use Jibble to time in and out.

None actually, except for sometimes it is hard to load, but I don't think it the app problem but the internet.

I like the intuitive and clean nature of the interface. It is very easy to use and is pretty much idiot-proof. It has saved so much time recording in/outs, and the algorithm to compute the weeks/months is solid. I can't thank Jibble enough for the program.

I don't like that you can see your co-workers comings and goings. I wish there was an admin option to turn that off. What ends up happening (sometimes) is people can end up being nosey about who is in and who is out.

Very easy to use the program, lots of great features that let you confirm that employees have worked their scheduled shifts.

Employees have trouble logging in if they've forgotten to log out from a previous shift.

I enjoy using Jibble for its user-friendly dashboard and ease of clocking in and clocking out. We have six primary departments within our organization that we focus on, and Jibble allows us to prioritize these departments while giving people the flexibility to add detailed notes on what they worked on that day.

I have not integrated any power-ups yet, but I find it difficult to add individual worker information like vacation pay, and how much they're being paid.

We're a small company, but grown to the point where we have half a dozen workers that we need to track for payroll. We use Microsoft Teams, so that integration is a bonus, but mostly we wanted an iPad-enabled solution with geo-fencing, so that people can clock in an out easily. In our team, Jibble has become a verb, so everyone 'Jibbles in'.

It took a quick support call for us to get our heads around the automatic deduction for lunch hours and other breaks.
