Since everything is cloud based Agency is screwed 1:00 Pm Agency Matrix is down and a client needs a certificate. Called customer service before and they blame everything on Microsoft.

I like the easy and ability to work anywhere with the system.

This entire experience has been awful. It took 2 months to even get a response from the transition team to import information.

We were told from another agency they only charged $500. I personally would spend the extra money and go to another platform.

Overall my experience has been great with the system.

That gave us two entire days with no access to our customer's Medicare numbers. It caused massive problems.

In the beginning they were very attentive to our needs and budget friendly. Throughout the years they have added more options to custom fit your needs.

There is no way to reconcile my agency sweep account. Setting up custom letters is very difficult.

The certificate process and zip file generation is awesome, the id card generator is amazing, and the customer service is unbelievably better than I could have ever hoped for.

It is easy to navigate through and is also mobile friendly for when you need to be on the go but still have access to your database.

It is completely user friendly and doesn't get hung up often like most software applications do.
