What is AMI MX?

Aircraft Maintenance & Inventory (AMI) is a work order and inventory management system. It is designed for Part 145 repair stations, A&P maintenance shops, and mechanics who work on single-piston, twins, turbine, and rotary-wing aircraft. It is a fully integrated, web-based platform for managing customers, work orders, and quotes.

AMI does away with spreadsheets and generic software tools. Users can access the platform from the office, hanger, or flight line. Some key features accessible via its dynamic customer portal are scheduled maintenance, labor reports, and QuickBooks integration.

Aircraft Maintenance & Inventory (AMI) can automatically create Form FAA 337s, maintenance records, and Weight & Balance forms. It makes these through encrypted communication and by performing nearly real-time incremental backups. Service status checks run in the background around the clock to ensure 24-hour uptime.
