Its took me some times to learn and teach all the technicians, some of the technicians are not used to computer gadget, so, I have to train them on how to navigate and use the software, its would have grate if we can have contact of supplies or vendors of facilities attached to each asset, so we can carry out quick market inventory on each machines or asset
We have thought about having a software to schedule and give work order for maintenance of our construction machinery and faculties, we equipped every of our technician with a tablet for quick alert, Limble CMMS was suggested by a friend, I started with the trial version has an administrator and manager, it was quite easy to learn, getting work order to technicians just by pushing a button was interesting, managing the company's asset and tracking of labour cost was made easy, tracking of past maintenance work was also possible, the interface is easy to navigate.
I would have loved it more if futuristic maintenance schedule can be created, tagged with a time alarm, in an organised order, i hope this would be included in the upgrade, the application requires that every technician needs to have a tablet with a regular internet service, to be informed and alerted about any maintenance work order, but nevertheless, I think it makes our work fast and makes us work smart

overall has been great, the mobility and task sharing is helpful. customer service and quickness of resolving issues has been great.
QR scan!!!! really useful for assets that are set up for starting work orders or just general information. custom dashboard is awesome that you can detail what you want to see at a glance reporting or spread sheets for regulatory agencies. being able to allow access to auditors to review work orders, very helpful in organizing data, labor, invoices, and much more.
the software is great, but since we have so much inventory/assets the initial set up did get confusing with parents assets and children and grand... that being said, the customer service to get us launched was a good experience. i should mention we have multiple Tenants, customers, employees and auditors in our industry so the business itself was daunting to set up.

costumer service is great. the software is fairly user friendly. the mobile app is nice i use it most of the time
price per user. each tech user is way to much. that the main con. i have with limble. need something like 5 tech user per main user. then this software would be a++++

Our top "problems" that we're solving are inventory control and asset organization.We're still discovering the benefits as we've only been using Limble a very short time. So far the most noticeable benefit is knowing specifically where the parts are located, how many are on hand, and setting the reorder point.
The integration was a bit of a process, but that was our fault for how scattered our information was. The Limble team we've been working with is amazing. I love how customizable everything in Limble is. This is a great fit for our needs.
I would really like to be able to print information for our customers that only include: company, address, contact, contact phone number, date, what parts/services were provided without all of the tracking information or pricing.

We are a new company to Limble and have just started implementation. The system is very user friendly and the support is outstanding. It has been so nice to have a centralized system to maintenance records and asset tracking for our facility
Asset Tracking allows us to accurately track the cost of maintenance of the hundreds of pieces of equipment within our facility
Spell checking on work order notes would be beneficial
