Artlogic overview
What is Artlogic?
Artlogic is an online database system for art galleries, collectors and artists. Art businesses can manage their inventory, contacts, sales, websites, accounting, invoicing, marketing and more, all in one place. The database also comes with a dedicated sales app called 'PrivateViews' which means if you are in the gallery, the studio or at art fairs, you’re always able to easily and elegantly organise, manage and share. It also works offline so you're never away from your inventory.
Artlogic’s inventory system enables the storage and management of unlimited information and images for each piece of artwork, including its provenance, location, condition, editions, literature, ownership history, shipping and more. Accounting can be carried out in multiple currencies, and a range of branded reports and documents can be generated. Unlimited information can also be stored on artists, suppliers, and clients, such as conversations, purchases, offers, consignments, and more.
The native iOS sales app called 'PrivateViews' for creating tailored artwork presentations to share with collectors and clients outside of the gallery. The system can also be integrated with websites to showcase inventory online. The marketing tools built in allow users to create and send personalised emails to clients and collectors, and schedule marketing events, track attendance, and record event histories.
Key benefits of using Artlogic
• Simple integration with Artlogic websites through a checkbox system within the inventory allows users to send artworks to their website avoiding double data entry.
• Tailored artwork presentations can be created and shared with collectors through the native iOS sales app, allowing users to display artworks even when offline at art fairs or appointments.
• Depending on your subscription plan, the database can store an unlimited number of artists, suppliers, clients, and other contacts, with details including conversations, offers, purchases, invoices, consignments, relevant documents, and more.
• Multiple artworks can be added to a single invoice, with different discounts for each item, and users can generate reports and export data relating to artworks which have been bought, sold, and consigned.
