Ballparc is a parking management software designed to help businesses in the healthcare, real estate, and other sectors book parking spaces and print receipts in real-time. Administrators can scan barcodes to validate prepaid parking and track cash transactions.
The platform enables managers to collect payments via credit cards in compliance with payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS) protocols. Employees can record disputes, track repeat offenders, and export outstanding violations. Ballparc allows teams to create and sync VIP lists with personalized session passes and hand tags using the management portal. Supervisors can also automatically generate end-of-shift reports to identify misappropriations and calculate revenue.
Ballparc lets stakeholders upload images to issue violations, add towing fees, and track vehicle history via mobile applications on iOS devices. Operators can also search plate numbers to validate monthly parkers and create virtual perimeters to facilitate patrol routing.
