What I like most about Brilliant Directories is that I have a team that is constantly supporting my activities: there are regular webinars to clarify doubts and show new features, there is very good documentation, and the technical support team is always willing to help.

I'm still on the learning curve testing it out if it can be or not a good fit and user friendly to use has a community platform, I have something to twerk like how to manage a decent community and that can be used in a way that my users can access it easily and with less learning curve as possible.

We are still exploring and haven't found many negative points yet. Besides the development aspect, there is not much documentation around the scripting capabilities that allow us to use some of the classes or pull from the system, but it could be that we don't know where it lives yet.

It's a bit difficult to determine which of the add on's I'll want/need moving forward which makes it difficult to really get an accurate picture of how much it will cost once it's fully up and running and I have everything I need.

This is an out of the box solution where you can monetize a directory business and rank for SEO.

Another plus is the seamless integration of Google authentication, which enhances both security and user-friendliness.

You can make it as small or as large as you want it to be.   If you want to do a small site you can if you want to run a massive site you can do that as well.

I enjoy knowing that I do not have to create all those automatic email forms, or the privacy policy, terms and conditions.
