They will also hold your records hostage and will only do a full data migration when they feel its appropriate.

Billing is a cakewalk once you get through onboarding, Like anything at first it takes some time, but it is so streamline now that its all set up.

The online scheduling option does not notify the provider and/or integrate with apple/google calendar so I need to continuously check the calendar.

Charting is now easier, takes less time, and uploads to patient records seamlessly.  

Creating treatment records and billing insurance is a breeze.

The reports in the server system were not in the cloud, billing was a mess, customer service was no help and it felt like I was teaching them every time I got a call, and it took an eternity to hear back from anyone regarding my help tickets.

ChiroTouch is also regularly upgrading the experience to include features and changes the community is requesting.

Overall, it’s a dependable, comprehensive platform that supports professional, high-quality care delivery.

I thought it would be an upgrade from my old EHR and I had used the server as an associate, but what a mistake. Plus they do not make migration easy.

Sometimes it runs a little slow and when in a pinch that can be annoying, but that doesn't happen very often.

After days of not getting help with my ChiroTouch issue, he stepped in and took the time to fully understand and resolve it.

It has gotten better over the years but it still tends to be clicky especially on the Check out and scheduling end.

CT is customizable, which is both a strength and weakness.

CT tends to be a little "clicky" lots of clicks to do a simple task.

I know it seems simple but the fact that you have the accessibility to work from anywhere is a game changer!

We also have 4 massage therapists and 4 chiropractors....the online scheduling does not allow for changing the order of provider.

It can be limiting to certain abilities that a Chiropractic and Nutrition office is able to do based on the functions in the software.

The hot button feature allows me to keep my most used macros near and within a few clicks.

The hold time was short today; while calling in for assistance with billing.

Even adding the small things like the color option for "add ins" on the calendar.   And the calendar is so easy to use. But mostly I like being able to manipulate the chart notes to my liking and needs!

SOAP notes were great unless the software was glitching

Also, the addition of the AI note taking its a game changer.

The old system had both a chat and live call center that could answer questions immediately so you could get back to patients.

Now we are experiencing issues with their merchant services side and still aren't able collect payment b/c the guys can never get us a correct answer and refuses to take my advice for a ZOOM or TEAMS mtg
