Sometimes I end up leaving money on the table by forgetting about clients request for quotes on additional services or not following up from being so busy, but now I can enter tasks to complete, client request, schedule planned maintenance reminders, my clients can recieve automated payment reminders, and more so its like I have a secretary, dispatcher and accountant just with implementing thia software.

Like i previously mentioned, this is a software for your back office teams like a Billing Manager, Project Manager, Client Manager, CEO, Field Workers and it also has a feature to allow your clients to view their documents and project info which is absolutely amazing.

Some of the restrictions for new companies make certain things difficult: in particular not being able to have card payments without any reviews as a brand new business.

I wish there was the ability to allow subcontractors permissions to your job and work order information, possibly something they could release in a future update.

Adding customers in, completing quotes, adding payment methods, the security of the app takes a bit of pressure off.

Its a great all in one app from getting leads for your business to accepting payments from customers, creating invoices, and managing inventory. If you own a bussiness this is what you need to EASILY run it.

It's pretty much an all-in-one app without having to pay for additional add-ons that end up driving up the cost of the CRM.

I really can't think of anything. Once there was an issue with 3rd party payment processors where contractor+ tried to drop integration for 3rd party processors and only provide connectivity for their payment system.

I didn’t really like the cost for transactions its cheap on joist which I’ve been using for years there should be more available for financing

Additionally, the process to add items could be more streamlined—right now, you have to navigate to the specific section to add something, whereas having a universal "Add" button would be much easier.

Everything has its own placement, support is easy to get ahold of, they also have a great online support forum.

In 2019, I started working for Landscape Design build firm that used Design only and have since lead the effort to implement Dynascape Manage  into our daily use and is now the primary system for our company to track clients, job flow, sales and job tracking.

It makes for a smooth workflow. Though there are built-in commands that are entirely unnecessary (such as zoom scrolling and panning) and commands that are very effective have to be built by hand (such as trimming, rotating, and mirroring). When it comes to exporting a plant picture catalogue, there can be improvements there. Upon the first screen after clicking the button, all plants are checked.

Dynascape has helped me to provide my clients and installers with clear, well-labeled, and aesthetically pleasing designs to both help sell and install my designs.

You have one menu to export the budget in on location, another menu to export the plant catalog in another location, another one to generate a pdf.

Dynascape seriously lacks usable options in the image libraries' and have not integrated any new images in several years (since I've been utilizing the software) and this is very disappointing, because "YOU" the designer are left to create your own images, details, and bank them in the library for future use.
