One of my favorite tools included in this is that I am able to edit files that I've already sent without needing to send another copy, which is something that I would have to do if I used email to send it, it's a small detail but truly necessary in today's technology.

Dropbox DocuSend has also worked for us when tracking the engagement of our files, seeing how many people have accessed it and how are they engaging with them, allowing us to create different analytics to see the performance of our documents.
