While the program is very simple and cost-effective, it lacks some of the more advanced features that other church management software offers.

Elexio Database software has allowed me to keep track of members information, giving, and attendance all in one user friendly place.

I liked all of the features it add in being a comprehensive database in the sense of being able to manage 2000+ contacts and employee access.

The integrated Protect My Ministry background check option is also beneficial in assuring that we keep the most vulnerable of our congregation safe.

The layout of the software is terrible, and everyone required multiple trainings on how to do the simplest tasks such as workflows, new entries, and more.

The "print directory" option does not allow me to design a printed directory in the format I would prefer.

Children's Check-in cannot reprint tags - we have to ask for people's identification if they lose a pickup tag.

Elexio provides easily accessible information about congregates and visitors, helping to personalize their care.

I also do not like the fact that I have to log in to a different site for database, giving, and account admin services.

Being able to easily search for specific people by location, relationship, and standing is so helpful.

NONE of this is automated or easy.   If a member no longer attends, there is no option to make them inactive outside of deleting their account.

Starting to move to this in the "newer" version, but still have a long way to go to have the old reporting ability.  

Given the recent pandemic, Elexio has several features that have been helpful and prepared our organization for what we didn't know was coming.

Still not able to get a report out for Credit Card Charges by Fund giving to.  

Ability to key in contributions and now with Beta screens easier to input Notes

I remember very vividly being confused about remote desktop and more, so I didn't even bother with it and accessed it through co-worker computers.

Not all of our events require our members to register for them. But would still like to advertising them.

All modules  "should" have been connected allowing for cross-talk before role-out.  

The app for church members to be able to access a directory.

The "print forms" option is similarly frustrating.

There is usually a lot of helpful info in those.   And if they are out there, I am unsure of where to find the older ones.

However, I wish the webinars would remain out there permanently for us to re-watch & review.  

Also I like the fact that you are always trying to find ways to make the product better and simplifying things for the end user.

It has been a time saver for me when I do our weekly giving reports.  

The ease of integrating as well as printing off reports, Some I have been very happy with, much easier.

It wasn't until a couple months later that I got an email advertising the new app from the Elexio Team.  

What I like least isn't so much about the software but more about the training video's.  

The database is a powerful tool in our ministry.  

Reports are not as complete or as intuitive as I would like.

The communication between the member information and the giving platform is TERRIBLE!

What I like most is the ability to send out mass texts to our congregation and their ability to respond.

It is simple to use as a tool to communicate with our congregation. Once you load all your people and numbers into TIC, you can put them into groups and categories to message for different reasons and events.
