Part of this is because my hospital never provided any sort of training or standardized sop for use -there may be more efficient ways to use- but if you are a relief person or new user trying to navigate it without any instruction or I guess if it hasn't been customized for the practice flow, it is a nightmare.

My hospital also has an excessive list of bloodwork options, most of which are rarely used, making it EXTREMELY cumbersome to find the right labwork for a patient at a reasonable price.

Inventory tracking has improved tremendously with the ability to track inventory in the hospital and all truck locations.

With the payment feature, if you make a mistake, it is a lot of steps to disable the payment, remove it, and do it over again.

It is not written logically, has many bizarre menus that don’t connect properly, does not lead to obvious logical next steps, and it does not flow.

I love the ease of access to the information and how each thing is bundled into categories.

I like that I can send call backs and memos to my whole staff too.

We integrate anything we can into Ezyvet.

I don't necessarily like all the frequent updates, but they are not terrible.

After a couple of weeks of staff training we went live and with very little issue and this factor alone was amazing compared to what we had gone through with a prior system change.

Fairly intuitive, however quickly scanning through records can be a bit cumbersome.

I don't like to communications, how it only shows on certain colors of the patent.

templates are difficult to learn- poor dental charting capacity - it's there but have to click on each tooth- doesn't integrate with 3rd party Vetcheck which is my biggest need.

I also like how each setting can be personalized to how the individual user prefers it.

Scedulining is great but so is tracking product usage.

They only have one support team on New Zealand time and the managers who are the only ones authorized to do anything are constantly on vacation and therefore you go weeks without results. And when calls were scheduled I was quickly ghosted.
