There are many different ways to do the same thing, so each staff member can do what is comfortable for them. The integrations are fantastic too.

Highly customizable, nice layout, nice features. Once you get it set up to your liking, it can save considerable amounts of time while letting you maintain thorough records.

Easy to schedule appts, add call backs and take care of business. Ease of access to all records for 4 locations is pretty expansive and it is WONDERFUL.

I submitted a ticket in September that has not been addressed and I have received no updates on it. Even when I have called to follow up, no updates are available.

The customer service  All Stars are a joy to work with and very quickly address any questions I have.

There are no support charges and I believe the monthly costs are fair and competitive. The company has a genuine, honest and personal ethos.

Then they do not complete their portion of any work but if there is a delay it is all on the user. Once you finish implementation, you are on your own to just figure it out.

PetDesk has been very useful for scheduling appointments and refilling medications, and it has been wonderful for communicating with clients, especially texting.

All the functions are easy to use. My favorite option is the loyalty program and the customer service is outstanding.

We have been with this company for a very long time and have seen them progress through the years. I love the dashboard it is simple and easy to maneuver.

Its so nice to be able to give discounts to all of our clients. And we all love being able to see our vaccination records and be able to email and print them off from anywhere.

We are pleased with the automated appointment checks as well as the options for two-way messaging. Clients really like this as well, plus the ability to see pet data on their phone.

Pet Desk has decreased the number of calls coming in, ability to keep connected with our clients, and a great reminder system.

I like that they handle most of our reminders. I also like the customization options provided for appointment requests.

I know you've implemented "valid number" next to client phone numbers but it's still confusing and takes more time to send clients messages.

We noticed an amazing difference right away in a significant decrease in the number of "no-shows."  Estimating that initially, PetDesk more than paid for itself through this decrease in lost revenue.

I like that PetDesk integrates with our practice management software easily and accurately. Makes appointment confirmations more efficient.

The only thing that we don't like about PetDesk is the limited character count when communicating with clients.

I would say when scheduling an appointment from an owners request, lag time during their response, will cause them to lose that time.
