Oh I love the email integration in scale it allows me to view emails from each client and it's connected to the client file, Very helpful.

The features that it offers like client work tracking, document storage, and time tracking have helped with the efficiency and organization of our work.

Nothing "yet", there are a few odds and ends, for instance, email integration can not be done with shared mailed boxes, but I feel they'll get there!

Accessing client uploads is not intuitive on our end, and the client chat does not always notify us or the client, especially if a project is already closed.

Support is usually quick and helpful if you need to contact them for an issue. Although not customizable for some reason, the client information is laid out well and includes all communications with the client as well as any resources needed.

What I like least about Financial Cents is the fact that when viewing the dashboard, you cannot view the project details unless you click on it.

You can send file requests to clients monthly but after they upload you can only download or manipulate one at a time.

My clients love the client portal, they are able to see all correspondence and billing in one place.

The Projects and task features make it super clear, super simple, and honestly—it just keeps me moving. If you care about actually getting sht done for your clients, this is the kind of system that works.

So far, it looks like a solid solution for standardizing processes and keeping client work organized.

File management is excellent, with organized folders that make collecting and storing monthly reports a breeze.

One thing I find less ideal about Financial Cents is that when I add a “Client Task,” the email notifications it sends can’t be personalized much.
