Most things don't work and they say they will talk to the [sensitive content hidden] about fixing the glitches in the software but won't offer refunds for the months the software couldn't be used.  

The customer service is terrible and the software only works for following up on existing bid proposals.

Project Engineer

Reports still don't work properly for us; promised of integration with ProCore, but after a year, still not integrating, especially to the bid board; no app for android, app for iphone doesn't work well and interface is hard to use on the phone; email integrations spin and then force the program or email to close.

For that they have a good dashboard but that was it for our uses.

The integrations, and tech part of the software is mediocre.

The software does a great job of tracking leads and making sure no follow-ups are missed for a potential sale.

The data is always seen in real time and can be broken into different time periods depending what your preferences are.

The thing I like most about it is the way follow ups are done and tracked right in the system but still link to your email so you can do everything right there and the system updates itself that the follow up is done but you can still see it in your email.

The dashboard lets each employee know what is on their schedule today and in the future, which keeps all tasks in sight.  

The thing I like least is that there isn't really much of an option to customize fields. If there were some that were completely customizable it would allow clients to use the system in ways it might not naturally work otherwise.

I can track a project from start to finish.

Some of the search fields do not pull the correct information or they pull too much information and is time consuming to find what you are looking for.

Some of the integrations have not lived up to their potential.

Entering updates daily, the system prompts us we are late on an activity even though it is due later that day.

I also like that it will display my monthly, quarterly, or yearly goals and my progress.

I enjoy this software because it keeps me organized.

We use the Quickbid feature in our service department daily, how can you integrate that?

Also jobs list need ability to define in another color for ease of visually segregating.    

I don't like how you enter the dates, i think it should have 2 calendars for entering ranges

They reach out with solutions to issues presented or just  follow up on what is needed or if there is more we need from them.

Despite having all the features I was looking for, their customer portal UI seems to be a tad bit difficult to navigate.
