The reporting is terrible, the customer support is terrible, and it doesn't integrate with Quickbooks. You can't talk to anybody.

My notes section qas deleted in the last upgrade & I worry that the new notes will become all oublic to view in an upgrade.

It is truncated on my phone because it isn't an "app" it is a short-cut to a website. It defaults to the wrong date sometimes when I open it up.
