Other times information will be saved in the medical record, then disappear.   If you want to use their system to send email reminders, the reminders are generated as a separate email for each individual service, with literally nothing else in the body of the email, e.g., body of email will be Rabies vaccine 1 year.

It also had development issues like reports not generating or financial mistakes that couldn’t be corrected without contacting support.

To actually have a usable reminder, it is necessary to add some type of message, combine the different emails, and delete the duplicates.  

I really liked that it was customizable so each department can make it best for what they need to see at a glance.

Sometimes, one patient name will show in the upper left corner, but the record will actually be for a different patient, which has caused records to be entered under the wrong patient.  

I just finished reading a book on investing your time in the things that will have the most long-term positive impact, and there was the better part of a chapter dedicated to being limited by your systems.  

As another reviewer mentioned, the "upgrade" to 2.0 has made the software so difficult and frustrating to use.

people and animals are all separate if one person has multiple dogs its hard to  navigate through them also if 2 people on the account it is very hard.  

Now with the new version... it is a royal nightmare and I want to wake up.

The address would be correct in client info, but when script is printed, the wrong state is listed.   When ordering medications, despite clicking on the exam to link to,  each script would be on a separate invoice.  

Invoicing is a learning curve and never shows when a client gets a discount.

Its at least current vets as we had issues with old vets still in the list, but you can still pick all the vets, and some vets will only do one day a few weeks at various sites.

The ease the clients have, the fact it can be done after hours at the owners convenience, reduces the number of phone calls allowing the CSRs to help the customers in front of them.

I have not come across anything I do not like about Vetstoria currently and feel this will make an improvement for us.

The features within vetstoria that I liked are the test function so you can clearly see what your clients will be seeing and the journey they will take booking the appointment, the reminders that follow and even how easy it is to cancel.
