My biggest complaint is that they will not let me type in a date when doing date entry for birthdays vaccine reminders. It is a drop down calendar and it is horrible.

I love that this software is accessible anywhere. I also really like the ease of use and the ability to be truly paper free.

There are several things that I love about IDEXX Neo. First, the ease of use with integrated training is great.

Idexx neo customer support has always been polite and helpful trying the best they can to resolve problems. Can use any computers you want- mac or PC.

It's perpetually updated for no extra cost and it's very inexpensive. Those are great but their customer service is really excellent.

Neo provides a greater efficiency that what I was previously using. It is self intuitive how to use the software and my technician was able to start using it easily.

I also love that there is no down time for updates, as the system is cloud based-this also eliminates the need for expensive servers and their replacement.

No whiteboard built in, editing of estimates/invoices, overwriting when other users are in the record.

Lastly, integration with other software is very limited. Software for client communication and education that is compatible with Neo is almost non-existent.

No standardized way to input phone numbers so searching a client by phone number is impossible.

I love how responsive the developers are to suggestions for improvements. Support is awesome, and support hours are good - basically, they are there when we need them.

Originally we only had a handful of computers, where as now we have almost 30 running the medical program. I love the ease of use, for our staff, which helped to improve efficiency.

The difficulty for the program to evolve because of its coding is disappointing. It's network dependence  and hiccups that happen on wifi is disappointing.

What I appreciate the most is the ability for new team members to learn  the software quickly and the ease of which you can obtain the data needed.

Right now, it’s the best program out there for our purposes, but I can hardly wait for something great to come along.

All in all, Avimark is a great value for the money. One of the best choices for a non-cloud-based system.

It is integrated with other services to make transactions seamless. It enables our staff to spend more time with patients and working doing what we love to do.

I like this product and I think it's a good fit for our practice's needs. I don't think we are getting as much out of it as we could.

It is fairly inexpensive and performs most every function that we need (we are a paperless practice). The program is very reliable and the support team for the most part is very good.

The area code of the phone numbers disappear after entering a zipcode. It's a small error, but one that frequently causes our clinic to have incomplete phone numbers for clients.

Ease of use and everything is in one location. I like that other options are built in such as care credit, trupanion express, etc.

Overall I would say that Avimark is a good program. It is the program that I am most comfortable using at our practice.

Avimark software is very user friendly. The software is very easy to read and adjust to your liking.

The best part of the software is the tech support, they're always there to help when I need them.

You can do repeat block offs on a different day, but not on the same day. I can think of similar small but annoying omissions in the security, medical records,  and inventory.

Finally, it seems that every time we download an update several of our 'settings' are lost and have to be re-done.
