AVImark by Covetrus is an on-premise practice management software designed to help veterinarians and vet hospitals automate and manage finance and administration tasks, such as appointment scheduling, invoicing, budgeting, medical records management, and more. The platform includes a built-in search engine, which allows users to retain accurate information and run customized and targeted marketing campaigns. AVImark’s key features include management of inventory and prescriptions, payment processing, client communications, lab system integrations, and forward booking of appointments. The telemedicine functionality enables veterinarians to reach industry specialists and clients via video conference calls, chat, email, and more, even from remote locations. It also has an activity dashboard, which lets administrators streamline tasks such as pet boarding calendars, patient reminders, financial reports, and more. AVImark offers integration with laboratory and inventory systems providers such as Antech, AXIS-Q, Hemagen, Scil, Heska, IDEXX, Abaxis, Cubex and Intelligent Inventory.
