It's payroll system is excellent for entering time as well as the reporting tools exceeded expectation to find information you are looking for.

Jonas Construction Software was very user friendly and simple to use.

Overall good software for daily use of construction project management.

However, it has huge scope for improvement to stay ahead of the competition.

Payroll, billing, AR/AP, job costing, service dispatch - it's all-in-one.

Even contacting our account manager has had no result and now I am browsing the "Meet the team" webpage to try to irritate someone "important" at Jonas to try to get some help.

I like using the arrow keys, but some users here would prefer to use the mouse.

Office Manager

The customer service is not friendly and they blame you for everything that doesnt work or they give you a work around a work around a work around and they NEVER give you a valid reason why the modules never work correctly!

It is the single least popular software in our organisation.

Then comes the issue of time.   When "business goes on" and you don't have time to fully devote on a project, it gets stopped and started way too often.  

We are now able to manage and see all purchases made on a daily basis.

Jonas software does a great job of integrating all aspects of our business into one software platform.

Glitches would happen often. When there was a change in the system there should be a tutorial for staff.

There are items that require a "workaround" on occasion but Jonas is very helpful in assisting with a workaround.  

They stay on top of updating the software to keep it on trend with what we need.

We were using multiple programs that Jonas would be replacing which was a part of our grief.  

The customer support is always there and everyone does their best to rectify any issues.  

This software was purchased many years before we fully deployed.  

Changing buttons and prices are easy to do.

Training others to use the system was easy.
