Great Support and Great Software

We have been using the Pro product for over 4 years now and it has exceeded our expectations throughout the initial learning curve to present. Their support team has been extremely accommodating to our requests for feature additions or tweaks. There are a ton of features in this product and takes time to get through and learn them all. We have been very happy with how customizable the product is. It has really helped streamline our business.

We have been using MieTrak ERP software for many years. In 2015 we upgraded to the MieTrak Pro software which completely revamped the user interface and backing software. The software allows our company to keep every aspect of the business integrated into one unified place. The primary benefit that we get out of the software is that it is adaptable. We work with MieSolutions support to integrate new features that we want to see. This type of support you typically do not get with other ERP/MRP software developers without having to purchase packages or consultations.

We've been a Mie Trak user since 1996.  Their product has helped grow our business and is the cornerstone of our office and ERP.  They've made strides to continue servicing the client's needs and can handle almost any business I believe.  The software is very well done.

I have been using MIE Trak PRO for 2 years and haven't looked back since! It integrates quoting, order processing, workshop tracking and invoicing into a simple fully traceable process. The phone support from MIE is excellent too.

We are a precision sheet metal fabricator. Our customers range from electronic, medical, transit, etc. You get the idea.The software was purchased in 1997, we phased in the module overs time. We have 5 users on the system every day and love it. The software can be customized to what we need and MIE solutions have helped whenever we had a need.

The customer service of Mie Trak Pro is amazing! They were very helpful with importing all of our data from our old ERP and accounting system and have a responsive team. We really love the fact that we have ONE system now instead of duplicate entry into multiple softwares.

Efficient and increased our job transparency

I find it easy to use if you have any experience with accounting and or quoting. I like the fact that you can quote multiple quantities and follow it all the way through sales orders, work orders, and be invoicing.

Ease of Using MIE Trak Pro

We have been using MIE Track for the entire life of our small business.  The software has integrated perfectly with our business and is very easy to learn and user-friendly.  Anytime I have a question, the folks at MIE Solutions are available and eager to help, usually immediately, but if for any reason they can't get to me right away, they ALWAYS respond in a very timely fashion.

Great Software Amazing Support

Overall very happy with MIETrak and how the implementation went. We compared it with global shop solutions, Proshop and E2. it was the more expensive of those options but i am confident we made the right choice.

Excellent Experience

I just started using  MIE Trak PRO and till now I'm completely satisfied with the product. Easy to learn and if you get stuck somewhere then customer support is always there to solve your problem. Full of features which I'm still learning. There is nothing to hate about this atleast till now.

I love the immediacy of the help when I need it. We love that all aspects of our business integrate so well in one place; from accounting to production, to shipping and invoicing.

I loved being able to get a quick snap shop of projects running through the shop and know exactly where we stood in real time. The shop personal were also impressed with its ease of use.

The reporting systems are excellent via Quick View Reports and if we’ve been unsure how to create a report MIE Solutions have been more than happy to assist us.

The experience with Mie Trak Pro has been very positive. It has a great amount of functionality than many other ERP softwares cant do.

For the amount of customization, streamlined workflow, price points, and of course great customer service. You will not find anything better.

Anytime I have a questions customer support is great and always quick with a response. I would recommend Mie Trak especially to production oriented shops.

We do have error messages that come up periodically you either have to try again or exit out and try again.

Very good, it has integrated all our work sections into one software package and allows for real time reporting on all aspects of the business.

The errors in the new builds that are realized after performing the upgrade. More testing should be done by MIE prior to releasing the new build.

It seems to be quote an improvement over 32 and there are many more items it is able to do that we are still figuring out.

Mie Trak Pro software easy to use, from quoting to invoicing; it offers real time viewing/updating, tracking orders, job costing, reports and a quality system.

Ease of use and connectivity between modules. Data collection from workforce using Kiosk back into main system.

No software application will do everything you need right out of the box. You need to find a vendor that will work with you to squeeze every ounce of productivity from of that software.

Some of the bugs do not get fixed in a timely manner. There are bugs when we install updates that are not checked beforehand and causes problems in other areas of MIETRAK.
