We are much more efficient, we haven’t even been able to use all the great features yet, we’re working on implementing the marketing portion of Paw Loyalty, which will help grow our business.

Not meant to help trainers was sold to me as if for trainers.

Only 1 staff complaint and that is the speed at check out.  

They take your ideas on improving the program as well.

Training is awesome as well, they don't just say here is the software figure it out, they do zoom trainings with your staff so everyone is on the same page.

I also wish there was an option to select multiple vaccinations with the same expiration date.

It really takes a while to understand cuz there’s soooo much to use/learn.

It’s been two years and we are still constantly finding more ways to utilize their programs to help us grow!

They have changed the timing element of the system which now no longer works for my business.

It was good initially with a few quirks but the new 'upgrade' is a disaster - and the fact they have done it without consultation is horrendous.

I like the ability to have my customers in one place and the ability to see everything in one place

Such as “ask customer if they want a bath”, “did you add the late pick up daycare fee to this PM pick up time”.

From bookings to pet information to financial records  to automated email reminders, I love everything about it and recommend it to anyone.

The only thing I would change is the ability to personalise it, colours etc.

I first applied around 4 years ago and the price was £23.00 per month, it is now over £50, so over double the price within a few years.

Easy to set up, enter information, and see occupancy and usage throughout the calendar.

My business grew from a few customers a day to 35 plus a day.

We tried keeping track of this manually, but it resulted in spending hours on this because we have different employees checking in or out.

Integration is so easy, and makes day to day bookings and payments a breeze!

It has a well rounded feature set including customer reminders, various adjustable report settings and integration with third party software.

This might work for an in home operation with just a few regulars, but not for us.

My overall experience with revelation pet was very positive I thought that it Inc. efficient and effective communication between clients during boarding and daycare visits.

There were many other inconveniences, but this was the biggest issue.

Price point and the trial got us in the door.

Billing is increased without notification and ZERO recourse to questioning re:billing.
