Did not care for the service proposals on the lawn programs as it was as very confusing for the customer and any changes would cost over a hundred dollars per hour

Currently I have been locked out of my account for 3 days due to a bad card on file, and even though I paid the balance in full the second I was locked out, they have made no effort to get me back into my account to run my business, which has been on hold for three days now.  

I have been a customer for 5 years now because I like the software, but I'm at the point where I am fed up with not feeling like a priority.   When issues come up be ready to wait for days, weeks, and even months for a solution.

This company ignores customers, misplaces information, acts as if they don’t know what’s going on, has a revolving door of employees, runs in circles (and runs you in circles as well) and somehow expects you to pay cancellation fees when you’re out of contract length.

Currently this is creating a situation that if not just us, but anyone is not able to properly report to the governing agencies who is going to held accountable?

The User name interface is clean and everything excluding payment set up is pretty easy and clean to navigate.

Not being able to get a response from the support team creates a "you are on your own situation."

They will always respond to emails, typically within a day or two, but the help there is laughable.  

I have lost so much money to their slow responses and how it has effected the operations of my business.  

She was not trained to give us real world training on the mobile app.

The trainer only gave us training on the office desktop software.

I wish their payment system was simpler like stripe.

Get locked out and no access to see my route on a working day with no previous warning.2) Call customer support and they tell me my payment info was outdated3)

As a business operator, the app doesn't allow you to add a new customer, new service, subscription... etc.

It’s simplicity. But the support system that it provides is refreshing.

It appears to be a much easier system to use and provides so much more options for viewing customer locations and scheduling looks to be so much easier.

You have to log in into the desktop version in your mobile device which is not mobile friendly at all.

Havent come across anything that I dislike yet, probably the most difficult thing so far is there are so many features and options that it makes it difficult on the service side to apply this much info for customer in timely manner.

Our experience has been great starting from the intergration from our former software to now.   If we have any issues, we send an email to support and they are on it right away.

The diffculty in creating custom service service agreements and implematation thereof,  the route optimazation software provides far from optimal routing, and zero explanation of  the "Distance Score" so that we can actually use this tool to aid in routing and dispatch.

The only thing is I would suggest when a glitch comes out -- to let everyone know that this is something they could experience so that they can go in and run a report to stay on top of it. If we would have known about the multiple payment glitch we could have run a quick report called "Account with Credits" and we could have seen the multiple charges right away and let the customers know ahead of time - or even refunded them asap.

I don't see an address when I am in invoices and that is what I am mostly looking at.   When I check a payment it doesn't exactly say the date of the invoice, just the invoice number and then I have to look for that invoice.  

months later we still cannot use the software and after reading the reviews here (how I wish I had found these non-sponsored user reviews sooner!!)

I liked they offered that since I switched from Termite Liquid Treatments to a Baiting system.

We have had problems using API to integrate the software with forms on our website because we don't use FieldRoutes' marketing platform.

This is unfair, because the contract clearly states that “This agreement is for an initial 12-month period".

The only reason I’m writing this is because this cite is forcing me to write something in this box

I also would request that when an update is being done we are made aware of it instead of after it has already launched and then seeing the news button at the bottom light up about it weeks after it has already launched and we have to learn things on our own

Customer communications are all very professional and visually appealing  and lend credibility to my company.

Often times it crashes on android phones.

I found myself in several sessions that I wished my co worker would have gone to instead of me because it applied more to them. Or vice versa.

It took no more than 1 month to integrate from our previous software and be up and running. And even until today, I still have questions and Im learning more new features that make Fieldroutes that much more awesome!

I fulfilled that term long ago and there is no mention of any charges for terminating the service after that period.

Using the software has helped us to streamline our billing and scheduling processes, thereby saving us time and money.

The real time data and tools on the dashboard are extremely helpful to see how productive your company is and how your business is doing on the top line.

I have issues with the app crashing when filling out notes so I have to repeatedly save and close and reopen the app

for that reason, I decided to cancel my subscription, and since then, they have been ignoring me.
