When I first joined Pet Manager I did find it difficult to follow the online instructions and Ian did have to phone me to sort a particular issue. I am not computer programme literate.

There are all the features you would expect from a kennel booking system plus much more with new features being added regularly. It is easy to use and staff pick it up quickly with minimal training.

Initial set up and customization was lengthy and confusing. Took a few months to get it right and remember how to navigate.

I struggle with technology so I find it sometimes tricky to set new values or to use all the features but have always been supported and not made to feel stupid.
