If we skip this extra step, the pet parent receives a confirmation email with incorrect (default to 3:00AM) times. Just a completely wasted extra step and makes us look bad if it gets missed.

Oh I might mention I love that we integrate it with other computers in my salons it's wonderful to be able to check one out and check in, on the other computer at the same time.

I have been using KC since 1997, and thru out that time,I have been impressed with the functionality of the product and impressed with the customer service.

Software  easy to use  and keep a good database for clients. Packages are good features for our daycare.

I know it looks as if I had a lot of suggestion but truly in the vast ability of this software over all it's the best out there in my opinion. I've used other even had a major competitor.

We have a good size staff and all are quick to learn on this user friendly, easy to navigate system.

One item would is one that I would leave over. The first is the amount of warning windows that pop up.

Days on invoice are often wrong & overcharge clients. We have to go over every detail of invoice before charging client.

Setting up new modules, employees , changing prices etc is easy. I appreciate how the company listens to what we, the clients, need added and/or changed within the program.

After a horrid experience with a well known electronics store, I had to call Kennel Connection's support to straighten out their mess. KC was so patient & thorough.

It had a lot of features and customer service was helpful.

I had a hard time setting It up and training my staff. It seemed you had to click and go through too many steps to book one reservation.
